DESCRIPTION:
Danish Health Authority is a nationwide governmental institution that is administered by the Danish Health Authority. The Danish Health Authority assists the municipalities in specific prevention interventions at local level. The Danish Health Authority’s core tasks are to monitor and ensure that new trends and drugs related problems are identified and communicated. Also, the Authority must convey results from model projects and counselling/guidance to local stakeholders. The Danish Health Authority conduct method development and model municipal projects focusing on testing and evaluating knowledge-based concepts and methods within drug prevention intervention.
